Patented negative ion + cold plasma generator reducing Bacteria, Mold, Viruses
An extremely powerful negative ion flow is created and expelled from the ion electrodes. These electrically charged negative ions in the air bond with pathogens. Once a bond is made, these particles become too heavy to stay in the air and fall to the floor. It is also possible to create positive ions, which in combination with negative ions, bond to pathogens and destroy them using the released energy. The ratio between the negative and positive ions can be selected by the customer based on the pathogen that needs to be neutralised.
Ions have a very short lifespan of only a few seconds. Because of this, the ions must be generated as close to the crop as possible to get the best result. Because the ion electrodes are close to the crop and each fixture covers its own space, the ions are at full strength when they reach the crop and are therefore extremely effective.
The ion electrodes create no detectable ozone (well below OSHA standard). Fully safe for growing plants.
